Hx-868 CAS NO.7722-73-8

The product is a bonding agent, which has been used for propellants. It has been also used broadly for polymer materials as the cross linkage agent by increasing the adhesion between the filler particles and the rubbery matrix, which can improve mechanical properties. GW868 works as a crosslinker for carboxy-functional polymers and also functions as a liner ahdesion enhancement agent with isocyanate-cured propellants containing Ammonium Perchlorate.

 Viscosity              : 60000 - 150000 centipoise at 23 degrees Celsius   

1.      Stability : GW868(HX868) is vulnerable to heat and acid and may be decomposed and Imine index may be increased. Heating in bulk over 54 °C may cause exothermic polymerization. It should be stored at -18°Cor below to maintain product quality.

2.      Shelf - life: 6 months from the date of manufacture in original. 

1.      Packaging : Special dry ice packing in the original container filled under nitrogen t less under -18°C. Container box is made by wooden and iron frame and surrounded inside by 150mm thickness Styrofoam  and filled by dry ice around 80kg to maintain the temperature under -18°C for 8 days.
